This class is a basic introductory biology for all the students in life sciences. It covers the following titles: water chemistry, large biological molecules and lipids, the cell, membrane structure and function, an introduction to metabolism, cellular respiration, photosynthesis, meiosis, mitosis, DNA replication, gene expression, and virology.

This course is divided into three parts. The first part covers Mendelian genetics, the molecular bases of Mendelian genetics and extensions of Mendelian genetics. The second part covers sex determination, sex chromosomes, and chromosome mutations. Finally, the third part covers extranuclear Inheritance. This course includes two lectures and one laboratory session, which includes experiments dealing with mitosis, meiosis, working with Drosophila, and karyotyping experiments.

This class covers basic introductory topics in Biology. It covers: how to use compound microscope, large biological molecules and lipids, the cell, cell membrane, Plant tissues, animal tissues, and genetics.

This course is a basic plant biology class that coves the following areas: the concept of plant biology, the importance of plants to life, plant morphology, plant nomenclature, seedless plant and seed plants. This course includes weekly three lectures and one laboratory session, which includes experiments dealing with the mentioned topics.

This course is a basic plant physiology class that coves the following areas: water -plant relationship, transpiration, nutrients uptake & plant nutrition, photosynthesis, plant hormones, phytochromes and plant response to stress. This course includes weekly two lectures and one laboratory session, which includes experiments dealing with the mentioned topics.
