service through laws and regulation of Jordan civil service. Also it aims to discuss public
management ethics which emphasis on responsibility and authority in management, and the
necessary of training programs in values and ethics. These programs should emphasize the
student to practical cases in some of developed and developing countries in the field of public
management ethics.
