Abstract :The study aims at investigating the extent of the applications of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) being practiced in Jordanian business organizations. The study is based on primary data collected through a structured questionnaire from the HR personnel of 236 out 275 of shareholdings companies. The results indicate that the extent of HRIS being practiced is considered to be moderate. This implies that there are some variations among business organisations in terms of their level of implementing of HRIS applications. The results also showed that the extent of HRIS applications being practiced were found varied among business organizations based on their type of business and length of time in business. However, there were not found varied due to their size of business.

Abstract:The present study aimed to develop a theoretical framework toward e-learning adoption in universities through conducting a comprehensive review of literature, and empirical studies. Based on the technology acceptance model, the researchers developed a model designed to measure the impact of ease of use, perceived usefulness, and training on e-learning usage on the actual use of e-learning systems via the initial trend towards the use of e-learning systemsand the intention towards the use of e-learning systems as mediating factors. The researchers also developed a survey questionnaire that will be distributed to a selected sample study on the students at the Jordanian public and private universities in order to answer the research questionsand test its hypotheses by applying structural equation modeling. Abstract : This paper aims to investigate students’ intentions of Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT) in Jordan, and Kuwait University (KU) in Kuwait toward entrepreneurship after their graduation, and how they differbased on their individual characteristics, contextual and demographic factors. In order to accomplish the research objectives, a conceptual framework was designed. The conceptual framework consists of four major constructs: individual characteristics, contextual factors, demographics’ factors and entrepreneurial Intentions. This research is an exploratory study. The data were collected through a self-administrated questionnaire from on aconvenient sample of 250 third and fourth year business students atboth universities. The responses rate was about 83%. The findings of this study showed that student’s intention to become entrepreneurs after graduation (intend vs. will not intend) differ in terms of theirindividual characteristics and contextual factors in both universities together, but they were not different in terms of their demographics’ characteristics; gender and university.

Abstract : In order to help the Jordanian industrial sector to minimize the amount of time and money currently spent on recruiting and training new employees due to the rapid employee turnover rate, this study aims to identify the factors which encourage employees to remain in their jobs long-term as opposed to those that create negative sentiments thus leading employees to quit. The factors under focus are wages, organizational culture, benefits, job satisfaction, stress, training and development, promotion prospects, and job security. The study measures the impact of each factor on employee satisfaction. The research population is the body of employees in Jordan’s industrial sector, with a random sample of industrial employees representing the population. The quantitative method is used to examine the research question. The study found that Jordanian employees care the most about their salaries and position more than any other factors. Therefore, we recommend that Jordanian manufactures consider studying the range of salary for each position, so they do not miss out on talented people or lose a good employee.

Abstract : Scholars called for detailed studies that customer relationship management viewed as the main factor affecting customer loyalty beside the mediating effect of creating values and customer satisfaction on the relationship between customer relationship management and customer loyalty. Consequently, this paper presents a detailed literature review of final-results and discussion of previous research to review the associations among customer relationship management, creating values, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. This paper could serve as a useful beginning point for private and public institutions and to be more supportive to upgrade the strategies and systems to get, keep and grow more customers in such institutions.
