Gymnastics I is a requisite for Bachelor of Physical Education focuses on fundamentals and teaching gymnastics 18 weeks one semester. 2 hours a week,. This syllabus provides students with an opportunity to study both the practical and theoretical aspects of gymnastics. It will encourage students to develop gymnastics skills through three phases in gymnastics education: exploration, foundational skills, and formal gymnastics.
