Ghaleb J. Sweis is a Construction Management specialist with advanced experience in supervisory and administrative civil engineering work related to the construction, maintenance and design of various infrastructure and building construction projects. Throughout his career, he has been heavily involved in directing the work of subordinate engineers and inspectors monitoring infrastructure construction projects. He has experience in supervising the preparation of contracts, detailed specifications and contract bonds for engineering projects. As a Chief Operating Officer for Pulaski Partnership in Chicago, Illinois, he has acquired advanced experience in the development and overall management of commercial and residential properties. He also has advanced experience in the area of training and has successfully administrated and conducted numerous training programs in the areas of Construction Management, Project Management, Construction Contracts and Specifications, Construction Estimating, Real Estate Management, Construction Risk Management, Commercial Property Insurance, Microsoft Project 2003 & 2007 basic, Microsoft Project 2003 & 2007 advanced, Primavera Project Planner.
