Research Methods in Rehab Sciences
This course provides an introduction to research concepts for undergraduate students. It is a nice, exciting course upon which students should feel comfortable looking for and reading research articles. The concepts presented should help students with all other courses in their specialized fields.

Physical Therapy in Neurological Conditions I
This course provides an introduction into dealing with patients with neurological conditions. The course starts with an overview of basic concepts of recovery of the nervous system after injury and response to therapy. In addition, the course introduces specific neurological disorders, such as stroke, from the physical therapy perspective. Lab covers neurological rehabilitation, especially from physical therapy perspective, and introduces physical therapy techniques used in the management of patients with neurological disorders

Physical Therapy in Neurological Conditions II
This course offers a continuum of the topics covered in PT in Neurological Conditions I. More neurological conditions are introduced and physical therapy management for these conditions discussed. In addition, this course offers the students a chance to practice learnt skills in clinical settings where students are supervised during their practice at Jordan University Hospital.

Neurocognitive Rehab
Neurocognitive rehab is a new hot topic in the realm of care for older people and patients with neurological disorders. This new course introduces students to the most recent advances in this exciting field.
2012 - present
Biostatistics
This course introduces students to the statistical tests used in health-related research studies. The goal is to reduce the ambiguity that studnets normally feel when reading the Statisitcal Analysis section in any research paper. This course serves as the introduction to the Research Methods course.
2014 - present
Biomechanics
This course covers the theory of motion and their application to the human body as well as the mechanical behavior of active and static body tissues with a focus on biomechanical topics to the specialty of medical rehabilitation. The practical part of this course will develop the student’s skill of observation and will teach the students how to do the objective measurement of human body movement.

Clinical training in physiotherapy for neuromuscular conditions
Neuromusculoskeletal clinical placements are part of clinical placements that physiotherapy students undertake as the final step during the pursuit of the BSc degree in physiotherapy. The aim is to provide the students with intensive, supervised clinical training in different hospitals in Jordan in the area of neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy. During the clinical placement, fourth year students are expected to demonstrate the ability to independently evaluate, treat, and set long- and short-term goals for their patients. In addition, students are expected to apply the skills of evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning.
