About Me

A. N. Al-Rabadi is currently Professor in the Computer Engineering Department at The University of Jordan. Prof. Al-Rabadi received his Ph.D. in Advanced Logic Synthesis and Computer Design from the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Portland State University in 2002, received his M.Sc. in Power Electronics Systems Design and Feedback Control Systems Design from the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Portland State University in 1998, and was a Research Faculty at the Office of Graduate Studies and Research (OGSR) at Portland State University. He is the author of the first comprehensive graduate-level book and the first published title on Reversible Logic Synthesis, Reversible Logic Synthesis: From Fundamentals to Quantum Computing (Springer-Verlag, 2004), and he is the author of the book, Parallel Computing Using Reversible Quantum Systolic Networks and Their Super-Fast Array Entanglement (Nova Science Publishers, 2011). Currently, Prof. Anas N. Al-Rabadi is the author of more than 120 international scholarly articles in international journals and conferences, in addition to a nanotechnology patent registered in the USPTO and ten published book chapters, where his current research includes computer architecture, parallel and distributed computing, systolic architectures, regular circuits and systems, reversible logic, quantum computing, many-valued logic, soft computing, optical computing, reconstructability analysis, signal and image processing, design for testability, nanotechnology, robotics, optimal robust control, error-control coding, fractals, fractional calculus, contact mechanics, beams with oscillators and moving loads, wireless mobile computer networks, microcontrollers and embedded systems, Petri nets, and residue arithmetic. Prof. Al-Rabadi is currently an editor of ten international journals, and he is a member of IEEE, ACM, Sigma Xi, Tau Beta Pi, Eta Kappa Nu, OSA, SIAM, SPIE, APS, INNS, IIIS, and ASEE.
