Natural products bioactivity, antioxidants, food sciences and confectionery manufacturing, Pesticides residues in food
The biological activities of different plant extracts and its isolated functional compounds are among my interest of researches, in particular, the antioxidant, antimicrobial, anticancer and antidiabetic activities. The pesticides residues in food and methods of its elimination using ozonation or UV or cooking are also among the interested researches. Functional candies and confectioneries are also among my interested researches.
