Currently, Professor of Physics at the University of Jordan, Amman. Previous positions at Yarmouk University: Director of the Center for Theoretical and Applied Physical Sciences (1992-1994), Chairman of Physics (1996-1998), Dean of Science (1998-2004), and Dean of Scientific research and Graduate Studies (2007-2009). Previous positions at Philadelphia University, Amman, Jordan (2004-2005): Dean of Science, Director of the Center of Faculty Development, Director of the Center of Accreditation and Quality Assurance, and Vice President of the university. Participation in, and management of nationally and internationally funded projects concerned with the establishment of new academic programs, capacity building, and program development.
