Dr Sawair is a full Professor at the University of Jordan, Faculty of Dentistry. He also serves as a Consultant in Oral Pathology and Medicine at The University of Jordan Hospital. Currently working as Vice Dean for Academic and Administrative Affairs.
Dr Sawair is a graduate of the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Jordan and served as a Teaching and Research Assistant in the Faculty. Dr Sawair then joined the Department of Oral Pathology, Queen’s University of Belfast where he did his training in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and where he obtained his Ph.D. He did training in Oral Medicine and got his FDS RCS from the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
