Dr. Mahmoud
Abualhaija is an Environmental Sciences
Associate Professor and Researcher at the Water, Energy, and Environment Center
- The University of Jordan. He received his PhD degree in Environmental
Sciences/Environmental Chemistry from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom. Dr. Abualhaija has more than 10 years of
experience in the fields of environmental sciences, environmental pollution,
biogeochemistry of natural waters, water resources management, trace elements
(heavy metals) and nutrients in natural waters, chemical speciation of trace elements in the environment, surface and groundwater
quality, and environmental impact assessment. He has been involved in several
local, regional, and international research projects and published several
research articles in the environmental science fields.
