This course introduces fundamentals of probability and distributions theory with applications to various branches of engineering. It includes: Quantitative and graphical descriptive statistics, probability concepts, discrete and continuous random variables and distributions, joint probability distributions, covariance and correlation of random variables, point and interval estimation, and sampling distributions.

This course introduces several techniques and applications of statistical data analysis related to engineering work, such as Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Regression, Analysis of Variance, and Design of experiments.
