- Dr. Qusai Fawwaz Alshahwan Al-Ajarma is an assistant professor of International Commercial and Arbitration Laws at the University of Jordan, Faculty of Law, Private Law Department. He holds a Ph.D. in Commercial Law and International Arbitration from the University of Aberdeen - UK and a master’s degree in International Commercial Law from Anglia Ruskin University - Cambridge - UK, also a Bachelor's degree from the University of Jordan.
- Dr Alshahwan is a Dual- Qualified Solicitor, Bilingual Legal Scholar, Legal Editor and Arbitrator. The Dr is a member of the Jordanian Bar Association (JBA), the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators(CIArb), Aberdeen Centre for Commercial Law (CCL), Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA), Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) of London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
