i am professor of human nutrition, i got my BSC from the american university of beirute in public health in 1971 and my MCS in nutrition in 1973. i worked as a chief dietion in the university hospital and then in king Hussein center during the period 1974-1977. i worked at the department of nutrition and food technology as a full time lecturer from 1977-1978 when i stared my phd studies at London school of hygiene and tropical medicine, faculty o medicine where i got my phd in 1982. i am a member in seven scientific and academic societies at the local and international level. i published around 70 papers in referred journal and authored/co-authored more than 20 books. i supervised around 40 postgraduates students.
